Sponsor a New POA Member and Receive a $50 CREDIT Toward Your Annual Dues

In an effort to promote membership in the POA, we are introducing a new benefit to help both our Active and Associate members. POA is planning to distribute a Discount Coupon Book to Active Members when they join or renew. The discounts or special ofers will be for products or services offered by you, our Associate members.

There is no cost for you to participate in the discount book. All you need to do is be a member of the POA, and fill out the bottom of this form to let me know what "discount" you will offer POA Active members through Dec. 2004, i.e., 10% off any purchase or service, etc.

Your participation in this program is all it takes to make it a success. POA urges you to be a partner with POA in offering the discount coupon book to Active members. POA needs to receive your response, your "special POA offer" and a business card (for logo purposes), by October 15, so please act now.
