Owners Association of Greater Baltimore to keep
informed of the constant changes in laws and
regulations that affect your investment in the
rental housing market.

Membership
is offered to owners and managers of income-producing
properties and to businesses and individuals
concerned with the welfare of the rental housing
market. The Property Owners Association seeks
support from members who are interested in preserving
and improving the real estate investment industry.
Dues
are based on the number of units owned and/or
managed by members and are paid annually. For

be accepted into membership, candidates must
be in good standing with the Baltimore City
Department of Housing and Community Development.
